Workshops and Conferences
Members of the ZMR regularly organize subject-specific or interdisciplinary workshops and conferences. The ZMR encourages its students to present their own projects at these events and to discuss them with a larger audience.
Furthermore, the ZMR helps doctoral researchers in the acquisition of funding to participate in symposia both in Germany and abroad and supports the publication of papers in suitable places of publication.
In addition, doctoral researchers are introduced to the basics of scientific organization by participating in the conception and organization of workshops or conferences. For this purpose, funding can be applied for at the GraduateCenterLMU, which supports independently organized scientific events of the ZMR doctoral students within the framework of the program Doctoral Research Training I.
